2020年4月以降に失業した方（大阪府在住者）を採用して、3ヶ月定着した場合。
事業所へ採用した方の「雇用形態」に応じて、以下の支援金が支給されます。

エン転職などの『OSAKA求職者支援コンソーシアム』に参加している民間人材会社に求人掲載の申込。
※「大阪府協力特集」に参画する必要がありますので、お問い合わせください。貴社が参画できる特集があるかお調べいたします。
　
　
▼STEP2～3 ： 雇入後にWeb登録（採用後1ヶ月以内）
STEP1で掲載した求人を通じて、対象となる大阪府民を採用した場合。
大阪府特設サイト上の申請フォームに必要事項を入力。事前登録ください。
※大阪府では、事業者番号を発番するとともに、対象となる求人特集の掲載実績等 事前確認を行なわれる予定です。

　
　
▼STEP4 ： 申請書作成（3ヶ月定着後2ヶ月以内＝入社から5ヶ月以内）
3ヶ月定着後、大阪府が定める必要書類をそろえて支援金申請をお願いします。
※エン転職で採用ができましたら担当営業までお伝えください。
　支給対象の条件を確認し、大阪府の書類に必要な「採用・定着証明」を行ないます。
※大阪府では、書類等を確認し、支給条件の審査を行なわれます。

支援金の支給条件として「採用した方の3ヶ月職場定着」があります。
そこで、入社した方の定着を支援するべく、離職リスクを可視化して、
